This page contains information for people who are interested in reserving Sapphire Point for their wedding ceremony.  Sapphire Point is the only designated site where wedding ceremonies are permitted to take place on the Dillon Ranger District.  Located between Keystone and Breckenridge on Swan Mountain Road, the Sapphire Point Overlook offers a stunning view of Dillon Reservoir and the Tenmile Range.  Reservations for Sapphire Point can be made by calling Recreation.Gov at 1-877-444-6777 or their website, 'www.recreation.gov'.

An alternative place that is becoming popular for weddings is Windy Point Group Campground, located just north of Sapphire Point.  The Lake Loop offers a covered wooden pavilion that is located on the shore of Dillon Reservoir.  Reservations MUST be made through Recreation.Gov, the Dillon Ranger District DOES NOT handle reservations for Windy Point Group Campground.  More information on Windy Point Group Campground, including pictures, can be found by clicking HERE.
