Windy Point Group Campground on Dillon Reservoir

2005 OPERATING SEASON 5/27 - 9/05

Located between Keystone and Breckenridge on Swan Mountain Road, the Windy Point Group Campground has 2 group campsites, the Forest Loop and Lake Loop.  Each campsite has 10 picnic tables, 4 group fire rings, vault toilets and a stay limit of 10 days and is RESERVATION ONLY.  To use the Pavilion you must reserve the Lake Loop Site 2.  The Windy Point Group Campground sits at an elevation of 9,112 feet.  Each Windy Point Group campsite can accommodate 15 to 100 people in a group and may be reserved by only one group at a time.  The parking lot of each campsite will hold 30 vehicles at one time.  The campground fee charged per group site is based on the number of people in your group (please see the chart below).  The Dillon Ranger District DOES NOT make reservations, you must call ReserveUSA at 877.444.6777 (mention it is in the White River National Forest) or use the link below to make reservations online.  To view the Dillon Ranger District Camping Regulations please click HERE.
