THE VIRTUAL DILLON RANGER DISTRICT CAMPGROUND INFORMATION All campgrounds in the Dillon Ranger District will be closed for the season as of 10/02/2011. Please check back late Spring 2012 for operating dates for the 2012 season. NOTE: Most trees have been removed from the campgrounds due to the Mountain Pine Beetle infestion. The Pine Cove Boat Ramp has been closed by the Denver Water Board until further notice to prevent possible Zebra Mussel infestation. All trailered watercraft must pass a Zebra Mussel inspection before being allowed to enter Lake Dillon and/or Green Mountain Reservoir.

This section links you to campgrounds located in the Dillon Ranger District. Weather permitting, most of the campgrounds usually open the week before Memorial Day in May and close the week after Labor Day in September. Please look at the maps below and click on the map to get information on a campground.All of the campgrounds surrounding Dillon Reservoir and the Blue River Campground are maintained and operated by Thousand Trails. NEW RULES FOR GREEN MOUNTAIN RESERVOIR To preserve the peaceful and natural setting that Green Mountain Reservoir visitors enjoy, new rules have been established.
